Our Story

A Provincetown bakery with Azorean roots.

The building at 299 Commercial Street has housed a bakery since the early 1900s, closely tied to Portuguese families in Provincetown. The recipes come from the Azores, and the bakers who carry them on treat that as a promise: keep it traditional, keep it fresh.
